GCC Family Easter Egg Hunt
April 4 at 10:00 a.m. we will have our annual Easter egg hunt. Youth (6th-12th grade) will hide eggs for our children (birth-5th grade) to hunt. Join us and bring a friend!
Help make the Easter egg hunt a success by donating fillable plastic eggs and candy or other small items to fill the eggs. Bins to accept donations are in the entry hallway.
Inquirer’s Class
If you are interested in learning more about membership at GCC, please email Ashley at Ashley@GCCMemphis.com.
This class is the first step in becoming a member of GCC. Naturally, there is no obligation to join GCC. The class takes place over 5 sessions all held on Sunday night and covers who we are as a church and the “why” behind “what” of the things we do at GCC. The hope is that you will come away knowing our church well enough to make a prayerful decision about church membership.
Finders/Keepers Marriage Conference
How ‘bout a marriage conference that’s both helpful and fun! Join us April 24th-26th for Finders/Keepers. Presented for both married and singles, clinical psychologist, Dr. John L. Cox will lead us in exploring both how singles can be growing in the skills to one day do marriage, and how married couples can be building closeness, resolving (avoiding) those same ole fights, making sense of forgiveness, and mutual mattering. Dr. Cox will go beyond "communication skills" and "getaway weekends" to more deeply address the abilities that God created us to need in order to find and build healthy marriages and dating. Topics will include intimacy, resolving conflict well, and making sense of your needs in marriage or dating. There will be plenty of time for Q & A. Dates: Friday, April 24th through Sunday, April 26th
Cost: $37.50/Adult ($75/Couple)
Childcare (nursery - 5th grade) and meals included.
Family BBQ Cook-Out
All are invited, whether you attend the conference or not, to come to a Family Cook Out starting at 5:30 PM at GCC on April 25. There will be activities for everyone, great BBQ, music by our very own Big River Crossing, and, Lord willing, the exciting opportunity to Beta test the Grace Creek Disc Golf Course! This weekend will be a fun, encouraging, memory-making time for our church family. As Big Huz said to me last week, “It’s going to be epic!”
GCC Disc Golf Youth Clinic and Tournament
Our first GCC Disc Golf Youth Clinic and Tournament is on May 9th! For more details and to register, please click here. We can’t wait to throw some discs around!
NEEDED: Coffee Crew & Grace Greeters!
Sunday mornings at Grace start with bright welcoming smiles and proceed with hot warming coffee. This is our “face-forward” that both our guests and members initially experience and will carry with them. We are looking for some fresh faces to fill some available slots on our roster.
Prerequisites are: Welcome Greeter - give a smile, say hello, & pass a program. Coffee - fill a pot, load a pack of coffee, & push a button. To take part in this ministry opportunity, please contact: Coffee/Greeter Coordinator ~ Jon McLaughlin OR email church.office@gccmemphis.com
Join us for a book discussion class on Dane Ortlund’s Gentle & Lowly
Christians know what Jesus Christ has done—but who is he? What is his deepest heart for his people, weary and faltering on their journey toward heaven? Jesus said he is “gentle and lowly in heart.” This book reflects on these words, opening up a neglected yet central truth about who he is for sinners and sufferers today.
Please sign up HERE if you wish to reimburse the church for the cost of the books.
Coffee & Conversations in the Pastor’s Office
You’re all invited to Ashley’s Office for Coffee and Conversation. Starting February 1st, during the Sunday School hour, step into the inner-sanctum of the Pastor’s Office for a time of fellowship and conversation. All you have to do is come prepared to answer four questions:
What have you been celebrating lately?
What has been hard lately?
What has the Lord been teaching you?
How can we pray for you?
Men’s Prayer Meetings

Important Message From Our Deacons About Giving
Please be aware that, beginning Jan. 1, 2026, we will be consolidating our financial platform to Church Center. This will replace our current Tithe.Ly and Breeze systems. If you have automatic giving setup in Tithe.Ly or Breeze, we ask that you please be on the lookout to shift to Church Center as we will no longer use Tithe.Ly or Breeze after the start of the year.

Pray for One Another
We pray for one another because we are connected in an authentic community of faith. Each day this week, take a moment to pray for some of the people God has planted in our community. Thank God for calling them to be members of our church family. Pray for His help and provision for their needs. Ask Him to encourage and grow them in their faith. If you have an opportunity, take a moment and send them a word of encouragement this week.
